Who can use this service?
upstore allows to upload, store & share your files with friends, subscribers or any other user from the internet.
How can I start using service?
Just use online uploader, FTP or remote upload. You can upload files even as guest. However, if you want to have ability to manage, rename or delete your files, you should register and be authorized.
Which kind of files can I upload?
You can upload any files except files or materials contrary to laws of US/EU.
How long will my uploaded files be stored?
Popular files and files of premium users will live forever! Files of guests may be deleted, but not earlier, than after 30 days since last download date, for registered users – not earlier than 90 days…
I have a web-site, can I upload files from it to your service automatically?
You can use remote upload feature, just put direct link to your file.
Can I upload many files simultaneously from my browser?
Yes. You can add up to 10 files to the queue at once in web-browser upload.
Upload takes very long time.
Please check your connection. At present, our servers are located in Europe. Uploading from other continents can be slow. We are planning to establish additional servers in other regions, such as US.
What kind of limitations do you have?
Daily download limit for premium users is 20GB. It can be expanded more by extra fees.
Free users and guests can download up to 6000 MB per 24 hours, premium users – up to 20000 MB per 24 hours.
Max. upload file size for free users and guests – 2 GB, for premium users – 5 GB.
Max. download file size for free users and guests – 2 GB, for premium users – not limited.
How to cancel Upstore recurring subscription
Send an email to support(at)upstore.net and ask for the cancellation of your membership.
Provide username and e-email registered on the upstore system.
If you've paid for 1 month or 3 months recurring plan you can manage subscription manually from your dashboard
Go to upstore.net
Log in to your account
Go to your account settings
Choose the option to cancel your membership
Wait for a confirmation email
